myHappymind for Early Years is specfically designed for children age 2-5 in either nursery, playgroup or school settings. It combines online interactive games and stories with print resources to provide you with a truly engaging, fun and flexible curriculum for your children. We also give you access to our myHappymind for teachers program, a personal development and wellbeing program for all of your staff.
The program is based around the art of story telling and focuses on teaching children how to : Look after the brain, self regulate and calm themselves, develop an understanding of their own character strengthhs, build a habit of gratitude and develop an ability to set and reflect on goals. We also provide engaging content for parents so that you can engage them in reinforcing the learning at home.
